Harlivy Bartending AU - no powers- where Selina Kyle drags Dr. Pamela Isley to a social function she doesn't want to be at and finds a pretty, blonde bartender she can't seem to look away from. Cue social anxiety, awkwardness, and gay panic as she navigates trying to befriend (see also: maybe date?) this woman; all on top of dealing with the woman's green-haired boyfriend that appears to be a notorious criminal.

Things go wrong and Harley tells Joker she and Ivy are dating, to Ivy's surprise and confusion. What could possibly go wrong (or right?) fake-dating your best friend?

“What?” Ivy shot back brow furrowing.
“Ya do this often? Be the savior to super hot, but capable, women in alleys and patch them up? Drive them home to show off?” Harley asked as she motioned her hand out at Ivy's general shape.
Ivy barked out another laugh and Harley almost cracked a smile, “I can assure you I have never done this before."

Summary
Harley’s landed herself in a spot of legal trouble thanks to her erstwhile patient and boyfriend Jay, who’s suing her for malpractice because she had the nerve to break up with him. The prick.
Pam’s an ace lawyer stuck working on medical malpractice claims when all she really wants to do is save the trees (and the bees and the oceans yada yada). That is, until she’s assigned Harley’s malpractice case.
Can they navigate a professional relationship without tearing each other’s clothes off? Does Harley have a thing for any old inappropriate professional-client relationship, or is this something different than she had with Jay? It’s a slow burn, folks!
