Or: The Fic where Cody leads the Clones in establishing an independent state, essentially tells the Senate they're manipulative asses, finds out about the chips, avoids Order 66, and does the war their way. Oh, and they also got permission to be the guardians of the Jedi and prioritise their wellbeing above all else. The poor Jedi never saw it coming.
