After beating King Arthur, Sonic was expecting to see the body of his fallen foe, only to see he was turning into nothing but smoke, and the scabbard snatch away by a knight who is called Sir Lamorak by Caliburn.
During their fight, Sonic learns history of a knight named Sir Galahad and many other events that led to the calling of him by Merlina.
With these revelations, Sonic continues his adventure as he looks for the last 2 sacred swords to gain the full power of Excalibur and beat the shadows that was created by Merlina.

Shadow stilled, caught off guard by the voice that came from the vent. It slipped his mind for a second in his moment of weakness, but that wasn't why he was shocked, no. The reason he was so shocked was because the voice didn't belong to some old security robot, or some evil ghost or even one of some old pest that was somehow still alive, no.
The reason he was stunned into silence was because that voice could only belong to a child.

This is a lighthearted tale with low stakes, featuring unexpected visits, small favors, Flicky conservation, the power of friendship, and maybe a tussle with some Eggman robots.

He could outrun one group only to crash directly into the next.
The continent was crawling with them, there was nowhere to hide. All he could do was run.
