Langdon swallowed once. His throat felt raw, though he had not spoken in what must have been twenty minutes.
“You know,” he said at last, as if the words had been stolen from his mouth, “the funny thing is, I always thought rock bottom would feel a little more dramatic than this.”

Summary
Premise: Robby and Langdon get together during Langdon's residency. Robby and Abbot were friends with benefits in the past up until Robby and Langdon got together. With Robby and Langdon in a more secure, established relationship, they occasionally invite Abbot in for a threesome. The main focus is Robby/Langdon.
There's little plot, mostly just good feelings, finding each other, discovering things about each other, and a lot of love all around.

“I thought it might be nice,” he shrugs here, acting nonchalant even though Mel can see the tension in his jaw. “To take that next step in our relationship.”
“Frank, what are you talking about? We’re not in a relationship?”
At this, Frank’s frown deepens before widening into a frustrated half smile. “Uh, yes we are? We’ve been dating for nine months?”
