It was the “if they take a liking to you” part Reeve was having a hard time wrapping his brain around right now, because... one or more of these guys? Had taken a liking to him? He’d only previously spoken to one of them long enough for him to be the one that took the liking, and, well...
None of this sounded right, but Reeve didn’t know where to even begin to dispute it.
