Hayden wasn't sure what his face was doing right then, but it felt like maybe he was pleading with Shane to be playing a prank on them both. Or maybe JJ was in on it, too, and the Russian Menace wasn't actually standing behind him right now.
Shane raised an eyebrow and spun one finger in a circle half-sarcastically, telling him to turn around. He did.
There was, in fact, Ilya Rozanov standing behind Shane's couch—standing in Shane's house—wearing sweaty gym clothes with a wet towel hanging over the back of his neck. He wore a mean little grin, only moving to take a long swig from the can of Coke in his hand. Where did he get that?
