He could have ignored it. Could have let the moment pass, forcing himself to fall into sleep. Could have said something snarky, acknowledging what was said while ruining whatever this was. Could have admitted he missed Izuku as well, and left it at that. This wasn’t the place, wasn’t the time, for something like this. Not with their friends sleeping so close nearby.
He couldn’t ignore how Izuku’s hand brushed against his naked abs, hesitant, wanting, inviting.

She has been placed in intensive care as of 10:43AM this morning. You are her second emergency contact after Masaru Bakugou, so we wanted to reach out to you. Feel free to give us a call back if you have any questions or concerns.
Katsuki stares at the phone as if it has suddenly turned into a monkey with three heads. “What the fuck?”
