She respawned every time he killed her.
He begged and begged Stolas to petrify her with his powers or to buy him an angelic weapon as he couldn’t afford one himself, but the prince just smirked and said, “Oh, sorry, Blitzy. I think I might have a doctor’s appointment with Octavia right now. Mm, shame.” then hung up. He's so petty it's kind of impressive.
M&M and Fizz and Ozzie were of no help as they smugly believed this was exactly the punishment Blitz deserved for stalking them both so much.
But there was ONE way to get rid of her without anyone’s help, and Blitz was willing to do it.

The heedless bitching triggered the bullet in his chamber. Emily's chest swelled with lusty anticipation. She was holding her breath like a fucking child.
"...Please, pretty please with a cherry on top?" she snuck into one exhale.
So the angel wanted to play dangerous. Val scoffed in half-outraged, half-impressed disbelief.
Hell is starting to rub off on Emily and, after her first weekly meeting with the Vees (an alternative to Lute having her way with them!), she’s already rebelling a little harder than usual. She confides in Valentino about some new thoughts that she’s been having, such as a complex about her lack of expertise on sexual pleasure. It is her job to bring joy to the winners, after all.
Obviously, he's happy to play her tutor, but Emily is a little more enthusiastic than Val had anticipated.
