Summary
Shadow is a supervillain. He is Ultimate, one of the worst in the city. He deserves the death penalty before he deserves fondness and affection, but he gets exactly that when he indulges the vigilante Phantom, also known as Sonic.
He also doesn't deserve a family, but after one of the heroes kills Sonic, Shadow finds it impossible to abandon Tails, Sonic's remaining family.
And he definitely doesn't deserve a second chance to make things right, but the universe seems quite insistent on giving him what he doesn't deserve.

When the two collide, the cracks in each of their lives become clear, and a whirlpool of warmth and sincerity pulls them under before either can realise it. It is an experience that they fight to cherish whilst dancing around the eyes that would condemn them, yet a secret can only be sustained too long.
A Titanic AU in which many shenanigans take place, and untold and unresolved threads are woven together into a new tapestry both hedgehogs are not ready for. Rated Mature for some heavier themes and heavier make out scenes ;) heed the tags!
This fic will be progressively released up until the 26th so stay tight and enjoy the ride!
