Summary
When Ichika wakes up a year in the past at the beginning of her first year, she sticks to doing the same thing she did the first time around, writing it off as just a weird dream.
When she wakes up in the past a second time, she changes things up. This time, she’s the one who goes out and gets her childhood friends back together earlier than usual. She reasons that maybe, the way to break out of this time loop is to change the future.
After the third, fourth, and fifth time she wakes up at the beginning of the time loop, she realizes that something bigger is going on here.
Loops? Anchors? Yggdrasil? Ichika expected something big, but not as big as the entirety of the multiverse!
Oh well…at least she’s not alone.
(or: the project sekai characters experience a time loop and progressively become more and more unhinged as they go on // written in the form of short stories, with an overarching plot)

The search 'how to know if there's a ghost in your house' taunts them even further. As far as they're aware, ghosts are real; but that was when they were in the show. Paintbrush isn't sure whether or not that was another aimless lie, concocted by MePhone with the childish hope that the people he mourned would come back in a fantastical way, never leaving forever.
But Marshmallow is the most rational person Paintbrush knows, having been living outside the bounds of the show for the longest, and she said that it would be best if they at the very least checked.

I have a list of 15 Mind Control/Hypnosis methods and 15 Puyo Puyo Girls, I roll two 15 sided dice and that chooses the character and the plot! And besides, she’s not really interested in most boys at school. Sig’s nice, but Amitie already has him, so whatever. Tartar is...Tartar. She’s pretty sure the only person who cares about him is Lidelle, and even then she just sees him as a big brother.
The only other boy she knows anything about is Klug, but...she hates that guy. He’s stuck up, he’s a jerk, he’s annoying as hell...there’s absolutely no way she’s falling for a nerd like him no matter what!
But, well...fate has a funny way of turning things around.
