The book's cover features a lavish illustration of an alien with a roughly 'centaur' configuration of limbs. It's got a set of massive spikes for front legs that look great for digging and cleaving people in two, and a pair of cat like, pawed digidigrades for back legs. The spine and joints are armor plated, while the soft belly is lined with octopus arms of wildly varying sizes.
The alien is also proudly presenting his three MASSIVE PHALLUSES for the audience.
Tim sputters and laughs, opening the book up and flipping through it lazily.
The quality is ridiculously good overall. It's hand bound, full color, lavishly illustrated with diagrams and charts and cultural notes and- it's honestly hilariously Jason in nature now that he thinks about it. Like, of course, Jason with his snobby love of all things hand crafted would masturbate to niche fetish shit in a weird format full of way too much worldbuilding. It's probably bespoke too; Tim would lay good money that Jason commissioned the artist himself.
Tim flips back to the first page and starts reading.

Summary
Really, taking the edge off is all he can ever do. The full extent of his needs are too extreme for 99.99% of the population. When he wants, he wants violently; he’s in the top percentiles for just about every kind of sadism there is. He’s never found anyone who can keep up.
The medical paperwork that puts the numbers on all that is supposed to help people find their matches. Jason has a running joke with Roy, calling them his incompatibility charts. It’s either laugh or cry, right?
For all the shit Tim has talked about him over the years, deep down he knows that Jason is flatly more powerful than he is. Hood has utterly trounced him in every fight but one – the one in which Jason was deliberately holding back (the most. He was always holding back), and it was only an external factor that took Jason out in the end.
It’d be hopeless.
Tim would be helpless before him.
It’s everything he’s ever wanted and more.
In a world where submission and domination are not just hobbies, but hardwired biological/psychological needs, Tim and Jason find in each other the extremes they both desperately crave.

This will update as I get further along in Chained's plot and nothing will be put here until I'm super sure I can't use it and it won't have spoilers.
You're quite welcome to take scenes or snippets from this and incorporate them into your own work! Many of them could be decent springboards for other stories if you carved out the parts that are specific to Chained's setting. Summary
So here Tim is, eyeballs deep in moldering corporate bullshit, with twenty years of dust and insect shells coating his arms as he sorts through yet another box of old Drake family financial files.
“Let’s see… Palettes, Patterns, Pinocchio, Pra- Wait. Pinocchio?” He pulls the file out.
Bold, stylized letters proclaim the sale of one V-8.4.6.1.0 Inverz Pinocchio to Jack Drake for… wow. Even he was intimidated by that price tag. Adjust for inflation and this alone constituted a not-so-small fortune.
Depressingly few specs to describe what it actually was though. Just that it had an anticipated expansion height of 5 ½ feet and an anticipated max carrying capacity of 700kg and 3 Exabytes of data processing and storage power.
“Well that’s certainly not normal for the year… huh. Just a couple days before my fourth birthday. Interesting. Just what were you doing with future tech back then Dad?”

Summary
A baby, swaddled in something blue. They would have been cute except for the fact that instead of eyes some one seemed to have drilled tiny holes out of their skull. Each one was slightly larger than their little eye sockets should have been. Jason thought that filling the holes with darkness would have been a mercy. As it was, he could see every bit of skull and viscera that lined the rough cut-outs. They didn’t bleed much either and that was horrible too. He wouldn’t be able to articulate why it bothered him so much until he was years older but it all seemed so much more real without the excess that would have accompanied a Halloween decoration or horror movie.
He knew in the very pit of his soul that the baby was watching him. It seemed content, almost happy.
4-year-old Jason Todd woke up like a man being dragged behind a horse. He clutched, trembled, and cried until exhaustion brought him back to reluctant sleep. The baby writhed in silent laughter when he returned.

Summary
Tim's expression as he gets into position is a gorgeous mix of giddy anticipation and delicious fear. It makes Jason feel electrically ravenous, and it is the most gloriously freeing thing to get to let his own sadistic glee show with a matching, utterly predatory grin.
He lines himself up in proper stance, then winds his front leg up and kicks Tim in the stomach with that steel toe. He's going for hard enough to really make it hurt, while still leaving room to ramp up.
Tim knows how to take a hit. He breathes through it with his abs tensed, only stumbling back a few steps.
"Harder."
He snaps his leg up faster this time, putting more muscle in.
This time Tim hisses in pain and immediately Jason can see that he's leaving marks, red that will bruise spectacularly by the time they're done.

"...How?"
"People are incredibly complex machines. We know for a fact that the chemicals in our brains, which ought to be inert and unfeeling, are conscious in a myriad of ways. A psychic can induce euphoria, so too can a drug, because fundamentally they are both effecting the same interlocked system of chemical-conscious. I think that extends to other things than just people. I mean, you tell me, how the fuck else does a psychic impression linger if there's no capacity in objects to feel and experience?"

He mumbles, "It definitely is though."
"Okay but what if it's not? What if I love it?"
"What if you don't?"
"Then I say no thanks. I know you. I know you're not gonna hurt me any way I don't want you to, not like this."

Judge asks, "Is making it non-threatening even an option? I mean, lets not go out of our way to make it feel like blackmail, obviously, but he's not stupid. Amnesia that bad is dangerous; if we choose to leverage that, we'll destroy him. Factually speaking, our knowing about this vulnerability is a very real threat to his safety. His right to prepare and defend himself is, you'll note, the only reason I'm willing to tell him at all."

Summary
Jason is set in front of a contract that will grant near omnipotence over every facet of reality. The catch is that it requires the person who actually gains the power to be permanently bound into the service of someone else. Afraid of what this could do in the wrong hands, Jason asks Tim to be his new Master.
Tim gapes at him for a moment before asking, “Oh dear fuck please tell me that’s still you.”
“What? Of course it’s still- Oh what the fuck is on my back? Master? What do I look like to you?”
“Like Raven when she's beyond pissed the Hell off,” Tim tells him, taking a step back as Jason rises to his new height, “Ohhh-kay honestly that’s just a little too close to awe rather than awesome.”
“Get me a fuckin mirror.”
This is gonna be about fifty pages/25000 words of vaguely horny, BDSM adjacent, magical contract negotiation and banter.
