It’s difficult to not love Itadori. Megumi would even venture to say it’s impossible once you get to know the boy, once you accept he’s his own person before he’s a curse vessel. Once you see how much he loves predictable, trashy TV dramas, or the way he hums as he cooks and shimmies across the kitchen in his own little concert, or how his lip trembles to see another person in pain, and the way he can lift cars without breaking a sweat but handles the bugs Kugisaki screams to squash with the gentlest of hands as he releases them outside—anyone would fall a little in love with him. Megumi is no exception.

“...You don’t even know where I am,” Zanka said instead, hoping to buy some time.
Jabber laughed. “Aw that’s cute Zan, but I knew where you were before you even picked up.”
Of course he did.

Zanka dragged a hand through his hair, pacing even faster now despite the pain flowing through his body.
“Even if I did know,” Zanka said, “Why would I go? So you can try and kill me again?”
“Maybe,” Jabber said. Then, after a pause, “Maybe not.”
or
Jabber convinces Zanka to see him again after the 2nd canon fight. Zanka goes along, and so do some unexpected consequences.

When Zanka's choker chirps, he expects any number of regular calls. Enjin or Semiu with a job, most likely.
Instead he hears Jabber on the other end, and immediately knows something is wrong. He isn't calling to arrange a fight in his regular chipper way.
He sounds hurt. And not in the fun way. Something is terribly, terribly wrong.

"You're sure no one has been here?" Suki asks, testing the porch steps with one foot before climbing up hesitantly. "It looks like somebody broke in."
Zuko cringes. The door is still hanging slightly ajar; he hadn't realised he'd kicked it that hard, but they might have to fix the hinges on top of all the other maintenance the house needs. "I guess I didn't mean nobody. My—me, Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee were all forced on vacation so the adults could discuss their horrible plans for the world in private. We didn't stay at this house, but I came here one night to think."
"And…kicked the door open?"
"It was locked," Zuko says.

“I don’t want to hurt you,” Sokka stresses, staring down into startled golden eyes, “you’re one of the best fighters I’ve ever had to go up against. Zuko, you terrified the tiger-sealskin out of me the first few times we met. I’m not dismissing you because I got one lucky hit in — I’m trying not to hurt you again, because I don’t want to do that. Not even if it would give me an advantage in a fight.”
“But—” Zuko shakes his head, dark hair swaying with the movement, and then he frowns. “Then you’re a bad fighter. If you don’t use the advantages you’re given, you’ll never win.”
“Has it never occurred to you that maybe I don’t want to win?” Sokka frowns back just as intently, deliberately ignoring the you’re a bad fighter comment and instead focusing on the latter part of the sentence. “I mean, I do, but not if I have to rely on advantages that get you hurt to do it. We’re training as friends, not as enemies.”
Zuko’s look turns incredulous, and he seems a little helpless when he asks, “What’s the difference?”

After joining the Gaang, Zuko and Sokka spar. Zuko doesn't dodge, Sokka doesn't understand, and they become friends. Somewhere in there, they talk.

After being trapped in a box with an indefinite time limit (and apparently no conditions or clear goal), Kim Dokja and Yoo Joonghyuk are left in a precarious position they can’t get out of (all kinds of literally). Kim Dokja is completely unaware of how he makes Yoo Joonghyuk feel, though we’re at the point where they both love each other, hence, S-E-X-U-A-L T-E-N-S-I-O-N! ANYWAy, the scenario window dropped out of nowhere, one minute kimcom was together, and the next everything went dark, and then hot.
