Summary
After defeating Thanos, Steve and Tony finally get together. Steve hasn't gotten a chance to talk to Tony about wanting to top in bed, but soon a chance presents itself. A few months after their victory, Tony and Steve take a well-deserved break over in Los Angeles, where Tony introduces Steve to an old friend of his, a devilishly handsome club owner by the name of Lucifer Morningstar.
Lucifer takes one look at Tony and Steve and knows then and there that he wants to see Tony panting and begging under Steve and him, and he'll be damned if he can't pull it off.

Bucky took a deep breath. Let it out slow. “Are you lost, sweet thing?”
Nod nod nod. Tony’s eyes filled with tears. “Y-yes.”
“Tell me what you need.”
“Home.” The submissive whispered the word nearly inaudible. “I need to be. Home.”
“Ask me.” Bucky clenched his fists, flexed his fingers anxious to get to his submissive. “Ask me.”
“Please.” Tony’s eyes closed again and he begged his Dom, “Bring me home?”

Tony knows he should take better care of himself. He does, despite Pepper’s insistence, he’s completely oblivious to his own health. It’s not like he enjoys getting sub-sickness. He’s just a busy guy who gets distracted, and next thing you know, he’s waking up feeling like he got hit by a truck and asking Friday when the last time he went down was.
It’s not even that big of a deal! They’ve got a system, it’s fine. If he feels like he got hit with someone’s dusty Ford, he calls Pepper or Rhodey, and they let him kneel for an hour, and he’s fine. If he wakes up feeling like he got hit like a semi, they call a professional dom to come give him a nice hard fuck and baby him for a few hours. Sometimes, Steve steps in if Tony feels the need for a little more emotional intimacy. They have a system, and it works.
Except for when he wakes up feeling like he got hit by a train, and he does not have time for this.
Or: The one where Tony is sick and Peter takes care of everything.
