“Shit.” Satoru’s response sums up the situation quite well. “Sukuna doesn’t know yet?”
“Nope,” Suguru pops the p. “And I’m not keen on being the one to tell him.”
“I’m not doing it either,” Satoru immediately raises his hands, “There’s always the possibility of us losing a lot of money to a big winner today, so I’d rather get skinned when I hand over that report.”
Suguru scoffs. “Nice excuse. What’s the probability of that again?”
“Less than one percent,” Satoru concedes. “But it could still happen.”
“Well, we could also be robbed today, and who’d have to hand over that report?”
“Ah–” Satoru raises a finger to silence Suguru. “Statistically, the odds for a robbery are lower than a bankrupting winner.”
Suguru narrows his eyes at him. "Bullshit."
