Spamton hadn’t spoken full words in a long, long time. It hurt. Most things did, these days.
Tenna took a moment, straightening himself out before responding. He held the pocket knife between his thumb and forefinger. The silver blade was stained from repeated use.
“Go on.” He said.SpamCoffin AU. Spamton begs Tenna to change things. It goes as well as you'd expect.

It hurt - trying to move the arm at all when it was this uncooperative burned like acid in his servos - but Tenna was stubborn as anything. After a few moments of trying, and Spamton yelling at him to sit still, he finally managed to swing his arm out enough to present his hand.
"Here," Tenna said quietly, shaking with effort. "You can take the ring back."

Tenna notices that Spamton is drifting further and further away from him… but he’s too tired to try to keep him close anymore. After all, everyone leaves him in the end… and once TV World is rebuilt, he knows very well that not all of his employees will come back. It’s… fine. Nothing will ever be the same again, he knows that. His legs sometimes hurt, and depression keeps creeping in more and more. However… the puppet still ends up offering him a strange date in a basement, and Tenna decides to accept. Maybe his partner is going to take revenge on him, or just mock him and his naivety, like during the big shot era! Tenna doesn’t care anymore,he’s tired of everything anyway.

Maybe he should have knocked this time though.
He stepped into the room and saw Tenna laying on his couch covered in his own wires. His chest hatch was open and they spilled out everywhere. Tenna's hands were burried in the mess and his screen was dusted pink. Wires tangled around eachother and twisted around Tenna's fingers.
Spamton wanted to touch them. He wanted to feel the cords wrap around his arms. He wondered how Tenna would react. Would he beg for Spamton to keep going? or just moan loudly unable to put together sentences.

Over the years, there were times when Mr. Ant Tenna thought of what it would be like if he ever saw his flighty former co-host again. What he might say or do to convey just how much the little mailman’s sudden departure had sent Tenna’s world crashing down. Sixteen years apart certainly gave one time to ruminate on such a thing, after all; let the resentment fester and transform into a bitter feeling the aged television couldn’t even name anymore.
Funny, how Tenna had found himself unprepared in every sense of the word when it actually happened.

Life had been getting better since him and [trash heap] were back together now.
That didn't mean he didn't struggle. Sure, his stupid fantasy came true, but that didn't take away the urge to smash Tennas screen to smithereens sometimes.Tenna dragged Spamton out to Cyber City, even to his dismay. He didnt mind Tenna wanting more dates frequently but it was still chessy. “C'mon, Spamton, not wanting to see the other Addisons is no excuse not to socialize” Tenna beamed. It was sure bustling today, which was usual. The streets buzzed with flashing neon, and bill boards sparking life. Spamton had to admit it was nice sitting on Tenna shoulder again. He blinks, looking down. He stares at Tenna's left hand. What was ... that? He reaches to touch the odd bump on his ring finger, and his lover goes stock still. “WH4T…?”
