Yuji processed the words. Then, his eyes blew wide and his mouth dropped open comically. “Huhhh? Are you messing with me right now? Oh, ha ha, funny, Fushiguro. I thought we were being serious.”
“I am being serious.”

But more is not always as good as it seems. Kaoru fell hard, not just in love but off his seat high in the sky. All of their beliefs in Ainosuke were wrong, he wasn't all that he seemed to be.
