"Guppy, are you feeling okay?" Mountain asked after a moment. He took a small step closer to Rain and peered at the water ghoul over the frames of his glasses. "You've seemed off all day."
"I'm fine." Rain muttered, not meeting Mountain's eyes.
"You don't seem fine." Mountain pressed gently. "You've been quiet and all hunched up. And earlier, when you snapped at Swiss? What's going on?"
"Nothing." Rain said through gritted teeth. His grip around his waist tightened slightly, his claws pressing into his sides through his sweater. "I'm fine."
