Summary
Peter Parker is Bucky and Natasha’s bio kid from Hydra and the Red Room, they ran when he was born and raised him until he was three, they are recaptured and separated, and are told that Peter was killed.
Years later Peter becomes a problem for Shield and directly interacts with some of the Avengers but escapes. So Fury assigns the Avengers to catch and subdue Peter. This tailspin into a cat-and-mouse game so when the Avengers are fed up they go to the source and raid what they hope is Peter’s home base in Hydra and find his file where they learn of his parentage and training.
Now the Avengers are trying to help him get out instead of forcibly removing him from Hydra.

After six years of being in the foster care system, fourteen year old Peter Parker somehow managed to win an opportunity to meet his hero. The one and only Tony Stark.
“Not much of a talker is he,” Tony casually stated, making Peter stomach churn with unease. He had no idea where the man was going with his assessment and wasn’t really sure how to properly defend himself. Thankfully, he didn’t have to.“Peter has what they call selective mutism,” the social worker replied. “So, no. I suppose he’s not much of a talker.”
Tony leaned back in his chair and arched his eyebrow. “He doesn’t talk at all?”
“I’ve been his social worker for six years and I’ve never heard more than a peep out of him,” the social worker said, this time, turning towards Peter to offer him a reassuring smile.

Kevin's childhood friend is transferred into their school out of the blue. Andrew doesn't care at all.
Neil isn’t much taller than Andrew himself but he’s definitely leaner. His auburn hair consists of short wavy strands, high cheekbones a little rosy like he just got exposed to cold. Wrapped in his long grey coat, he has no business looking this well groomed as if they’re in the middle of a cocktail party.
Pale blue eyes focus on Andrew momentarily as a barely there, hesitant smile appears on the guy’s full lips. Then Neil opens his mouth and says “Hello.” in the most fucking posh accent and hell no.
Andrew immediately scowls. “No.”
Neil merely shrugs, easy elegance showing itself in his movement. "Okay."
Andrew decides at the moment he hates this guy with a burning passion.
