Sure, Max was in a wheelchair for an indeterminate amount of time, and yeah, Eddie had more battle scars than everyone there combined, but they made it.
Now Eddie Munson was a free man, with a new trailer and brand new prospects. If only Steve Harrington would stop looking at him like that.

In fact, he thinks he is not much of a good man at all, and undeserving of the things he loves, but he’s out of bed and taking three long strides before he can stop himself, taking Charles’ wrist in his hand and then pulling him into his chest and wrapping his arms around him so he can bury his nose into Charles’ hair.
Charles punches Erik’s chest far too gently. “I’m angry with you,” he repeats, muffled into Erik’s shoulder, but he’s melting there.
“I know,” Erik croaks.
