"I have classes tomorrow, hyung," he says to Jay, implying that he needs to go home as early as he can. "Just tell me you don't want to be here for longer..." Jay mutters and hides it with a low chuckle.
Sunoo feels bad, but then again, he has the right to want to go home! He's still mad at what Jay did for the past days and on top of that, Jay is giving a gift for a certain someone—
"Hold on."
Jay looks at him tentatively with hesitating eyes. "Why are you here with me, at a convenience store, on Valentine's day..." he pauses. "When you bought a Valentine's card from the shop earlier..." Sunoo's eyes widen at every realization. "Instead of giving those gifts to that specific person?"
Welp. Busted.
Jay fakes a cough, an over dramatic one at that, and refuses to look at Sunoo's studying stare. "Uhm."
