Summary
Headcanons about how I think Changing Skies might go. These stories are mostly scenes that I come up with, with some plot details that might be missing or changed in between. Organised by chronological order, though continuity between them is not guaranteed.

Summary
Breezepelt is already an outcast in his own clan, and the last thing he needs is a persistent ghost he can’t get rid of. When Hollyleaf suddenly appears, he can’t help but wonder how his life got to be this miserable. They’re at each other’s throats nonstop, yet they’re more alike than either wants to admit. How long will it take these equally stubborn siblings to figure it out?

Summary
Hawk learns about seers, who speak to the stars in exchange for losing everyone they love, and so he watches his sister pounce after guppies and makes his choice.
That night he leaves Moth to sleep and he creeps outside, where he finds the hawk’s feather he snagged drifting in the river. He doesn’t know what omen means but he knows sign, a direction to go, and he thinks this works. He also knows where the Seer den is, and Spottedleaf is asleep, and so he takes his feather and he nudges it in front of her den and before he goes he looks up at Tadpole’s little star.
A firefly flits past his nose, and glows, once-twice. I love you.

Summary
One tiny action can cause the biggest change. So what if, for example, someone interfered with Firestars decision to make Graystripe the next deputy? What if, instead, Longtail had been chosen? What would change under his leadership?
Or: A smug deity causes chaos by making Firestar sneeze and StarClan is pissed about it.

Summary
What if Hawkfrost wasn't just an ambitious villain like he was in canon? What if instead he was a morally-grey character, pressured by the looming expectations of his clan, haunted by the death of his brother, and wounded by the abandonment of his mother? A character that struggled with proving himself and his loyalty not only to his clanmates, but to his father that visits him in his dreams, manipulating his trauma for his own benefit. What if he had more support from within his clan, someone who understood the struggles of being born an outsider and being a steady comforting shoulder for him to be able to depend on whenever he needs it most?
Silvercloud was abandoned by her mother as a young kit near Riverclan territory, where a warrior by the name of Feathertail, found her and took her in. While settling into the clan's way of life, a rogue she-cat named Sasha brings her two kits to join the clan. Sharing similar backgrounds and the struggles of proving themselves to their clanmates, she becomes fast friends with the former rogues, Hawk and Moth, and together they learn to face their hardships and find their own places within the clan they call their own.
