The Akatsuki was one such organization that wanted that chakra. The Akatsuki, assassins, controlled the assassination market under the cruel, unwavering command of Danzou. One of Danzou’s top men had suggested that if Danzou could get a specimen from each of those main chakra bloodlines, the “perfect assassin” could be made and replicated. Danzou sent people out to collect specimens from those chakra clans deemed to have chakra worthy of the perfect assassin. They would willingly agree to be a part of the Akatsuki, or their loved ones would be eliminated. Hatake Kakashi is dead. He died in his sleep. It was a peaceful death, yet he ended up being reborn. Kakashi blames Naruto.
Kamihara Kakashi is alive. He wakes up in a time ninjas no longer exist, and heroes are the norm. Of course, Kakashi would become a hero. Yet again, he blames Naruto.
As a hero, the world is black and white. Heroes are the good and villains are the bad. As a ninja, everything is grey and there is no such good or bad side. Such a shame the rest of the world likes to ignore this fact. Of course, forcing such truth is something Kakashi would do. He blames this one on Sasuke.
Education is important in this world, and studying to be a hero is also part of it. Kakashi may or may not end up causing a generation of hero students to rethink their views towards society. Kakashi blames Sakura for valuing knowledge and teaching others.
Kakashi may or may not have ended up discovering a government conspiracy. He blames Sai for making him suspicious over governments.
Or Kakashi goes to UA, acts as a menace, and shatters everyone's worldviews. He, of course, blames it all on his past life. Turns out heroes aren't as crazy as ninjas.Series
