‘Of course, you have,’ Morgana scoffed. ‘But unlike anybody else in the kingdom, you happen to possess certain abilities which may allow you some special leeway into the matter, do you not?’
“Certain abilities…” he mumbled. His voice was changed by the potion he had used to shape his disguise: higher in pitch and coming more through the air of his nose than previously. It was an oddity he should have expected, but squirmed at anyways. “Would that my certain abilities have allowed me to read minds, instead of this!”
Arthur is once again the target of conniving prince-killers, so Merlin must go in disguise as a woman of the court to stop them before it is carried out (or reaches Uther). "Lady Sebile" is an awkward excuse for a courtier, and Arthur looks at 'her' with the oddest and most misplaced interest in his eye: him, and the rest of the men-at-court.

Summary
Merlin sets off to Ealdor using the excuse of visiting her mother, hiding the true reason behind her trip to herself. However when Arthur and the knights tag along (totally because they have business in that area of the kingdom and NOT because they're worried about Merlin traveling by herself) things get complicated. Merlin doesn't wish to tell them about the real reason she's going to Ealdor, shame of falling to societies expectations of her keeping her mouth sealed tightly. However when the truth gets revealed how will Arthur react to potentially losing his Merlin to those very same expectations? Will he break through his own societal pressures to keep her? Or simply watch her go?
