Something moves him at that moment. Of all things that could have happened, it led him here, with this wonderful man he doesn’t deserve making him breakfast.
“Thank you,” Cellbit says. His voice is hoarse, he hadn’t realized it was the first time he spoke this morning. “For rescuing me. For being there. For choosing me.”
My hero, he adds silently.“Idiot,” Roier replies. He turns his head to hide that he’s blushing furiously, but Cellbit can read his body language. He understands Roier better than he understands himself. “Don’t thank me for that. It’s not-”
“But it is.”
“It’s what a husband does. In sickness and in health, no?”
They’re not even married yet. Still, Cellbit knows Roier will be the best husband. His sensibilities would have been wasted on most of the men on the server. They couldn’t possibly understand him like Cellbit does.
Wouldn’t treasure him. Wouldn’t give him what he truly wants. Because what Roier wants is to be needed. And Cellbit is just enough of a train wreck to be able to give him that.

Summary
“Oh, you look like you’ve had a rough week, gatinho.”
It’s the second time in such a short succession Roier is using the nickname, which means he’s trying to wear Cellbit down.
He does that sometimes, lets his touch linger or sweet talks him, usually to convince him to eat or sleep.Worst of all - it’s working. How could Cellbit say ‘no’ to that face? Roier’s worried frown is the tool of a master manipulator.
His eyes betray a sense of sadness, but Cellbit knows it’s genuine. The recent loss of Bobby must still be seared into his mind and Roier doesn’t hide his feelings as well as he thinks.
Yet he’s here - taking care of other people like it’s his job, even when he’s hurting himself.
Roier is too good for this world.

Or: Cellbit has a rough day and gets pulled out of his spiral of anxiety by a concerned Roier. Thank god for warm baths and forehead kisses.

“Roier?” He asks, stunned. Sure enough, his ex-fiancee is standing in front of him, looking just as shocked as he feels.
Cellbit wishes that something other than, “Holy shit he looks so good,” pops into his mind, but he can’t help it. Old habits die hard.
He belatedly realizes that Richarlyson is also there, grasping onto Roier’s hand and tugging him forward, but even still like an idiot he blurts out, “Did you kidnap my son?”

Or: Roier ending his relationship with Cellbit means that the father Richarlyson knows and loves is suddenly gone- at least, in spirit. So, if Richarlyson wants his dad- and his newfound family -back, he's going to need to take matters into his own hands.

Phil walks into the kitchen, and it's like walking into a dream.
The three of them are crowded around the counter, with Chayanne standing on a stepstool to the left and Tallulah standing on a chair to the right. Daylight spills in through the window above the sink and makes the mirage of Missa expertly dicing onions shimmer, body wreathed in warmth.
Missa sets down the knife. He turns around, the off-white of his bone mask almost dandelion in the sun, and Phil just about loses it.

Summary
Roier absently scratched behind the cat’s ears. The purring sound grew louder. “Ah, you are a strange bastard, aren’t you? Climbing so far for attention.”
The cat didn’t deny it — couldn’t deny it — but it did shoot him a guilty look. Once again, Roier was brought back to the thought of Cellbit’s eyes. Sighing, Roier set the cat down on one end of the couch and face-planted on the other. His heart rate was too fast for such a pathetic reason. He needed a distraction or all the blood would rush to his brain and kill him.

Cellbit gets turned into cat, and ends up at Roier's house. Luckily for him, Roier needs the company.

Niki suddenly goes still, her face becoming pale as she slowly turns to Ranboo, with such horror that he’s convinced there’s a murderer standing right behind him. He’s already gone through the five stages of grief within three seconds. Life was good while it lasted, he did his part, he’s ready to go shake hands with God-
“.....What….what day of the month is it?” She asks, choking out the words, hands clawed up like she’s about to grab onto him and start shaking him like a ragdoll.
“....it’s…the fourth?” Ranboo hesitantly responds. Did he miss a memo? Is it some sort of massively important national holiday? Or maybe it isn’t even the fourth, maybe it’s some other day entirely, and they’ve decided they absolutely can’t hire someone who doesn’t even know the day they’re in. It’s not his fault he can’t keep track-- he has a calendar for a reason! That’s its job, to keep track of days!
OR
Ranboo is trying to get a job at his nearby mall. Then he witnesses the Craft family. He can’t decide if the job has become more or less appealing.

The prisoner startled, levered himself up and hissed through his teeth. “Right, that wasn’t the smartest decision I’ve made this week,” he remarked quietly. “Scar? Are you across from me?”
Shuffling in the opposite cell. “Can you do me a favor?” a second voice asked. “The next time you threaten guards, can you try to have a weapon first to strike fear into their hearts? I think you broke our hand.”
“We have another,” the man said defensively, and Scar huffed a laugh. “And anyway– oh. There’s someone else in here with me.”

He had tapering white wings, a smattering of feathers in his blond hair. “Speak now or forever hold your peace if you do, man, ‘cause if you’re feral that’s a fucking issue. A concern, one might say. Considering you’re a shark and all.”
The kid cocked his head, and Techno noticed belatedly that his eyes were heterochromatic: one was blue, but the other was this odd pale-green, lined yellow around the lids, like–
“Oh my god, I’m being talked to by a seagull,” Techno said in abject despair. “This is it, the worst case scenario. I’m gonna get eaten by a dude who steals ice cream cones out of toddlers’ hands.”
