A CaitVi Little Mermaid AU! Piltover is the mermaid kingdom and Zaun is the human kingdom, Caitlyn is Princess Ariel and Vi is Prince Eric, Cassandra is King Triton and Ambessa is Ursula, Vander is the human king, Silco is a pirate and Mel and Jayce play the parts of Flounder and Sebastian but are merfolk, etc!

Summary
AU: Joel lives because Abby & co. never came to Jackson.
