Ranboo nodded and waited to take the potion off the stand until the liquid turned a shade of glimmering pink and the bubbles popped, lazily steaming out of the bottle.
“They’re hybrids,” Dream added.
Ranboo scowled. He looked up at Dream, the man staring back at him expectantly.

Mark looked down at Tubbo as the older hugged his knees tightly to his chest. “I know this sounds silly but. . . do you— do you think that if I could talk to Dream, then I could convince him not to hurt anyone?” Tubbo asked, his voice soft but it sounded like he was on the brink of tears.
Mark felt his heart shatter. As much as Tubbo talked about how he hated Dream, Tubbo still wanted his big brother figure back.
As much as Mark wanted to feed Tubbo’s optimism, Mark knew he couldn’t. “I don’t know,” was all Mark could offer to Tubbo.

In which, Tommy and Tubbo’s celebration of coming out of hiding is put to a complete stop after it’s shortly revealed that Dream - their older brother figure and a dangerous villain - has broken out of Pandora’s Vault.
What is it that Dream wants? Tommy and Tubbo themselves.
The heroes that put Tommy and Tubbo under their care now have to find a way to protect the two teens from Dream. But is it enough to keep the monster at bay?

The question made Tubbo choke lightly on his water. Tubbo swallowed it down with a raised hand, hitting his chest lightly before he could speak again, “the vigilante Honeybee?” Tubbo echoed. “Um, Sorta?” Tubbo said with a shrug.

In which, Tubbo’s vigilante career isn’t doing a good enough job of keeping a roof over his and his best friend Tommy’s head so Tubbo decides to be an intern for some higher up superhero’s.
And just when Tubbo thinks his luck can’t get any better - his bosses (along with Tubbo’s coworker, Ranboo) are trying to hunt down his alter ego; Honeybee.
Oh! And on top of that some hero’s - that are old friends of Dream - are trying to find Tubbo and Tommy because they’re “worried about the teens” and “they’ve been missing for four months”.
Can’t Tubbo ever get a break?
