Summary
A full time job as the badass Red Hood, the crime lord in Crime Alley and being depressed Jason Todd part-time was enough to make anyone shoot themselves in the head. Of course, that was not exaggeration, as Jason had already tried to off himself and that didn’t work. Overdosing is futile, slitting wrists was just too painful, and a lethal injection is guess what? Not. Lethal.
God laughs at Jason Todd every time he comes up with a new way to kill himself, while the fallen angels in hell mourn the loss of another soul being taken away back to Earth.
Funny, isn’t it?

Summary
He knew he was losing himself, but he didn't want to leave this sadness and apathy. Strangely, he felt the most alive in this state. His pain was familiar, and Jason didn't want to feel the guilt of feeling happy. Being sad was being alive, but it came with a cost. That beast wanted blood, and it wanted his soul.
So Jason gave it everything.

Summary
“I don’t know. I just don't feel…here."
Bruce froze, his face impassive but his body language stiff. His posture remained rigid and the silence felt suffocating. From an outsider’s perspective, the two looked nothing like a father and son. Even just glancing at Bruce’s dark gaze, someone could see the cracks and shattered pieces of their relationship.
“What are you trying to say, Jason?”
He let the rough tones of Bruce's voice wash over him, letting his voice mumble the words that he never had the courage to say.
“Feels like I never came back properly. S’ like I came back broken.”

Jason survives his suicide attempt and realizes he will never come back to heaven. -

Summary
Bruce taught his Robins how to lockpick on day one. Either one of them could have escaped easily by now if they desired to do so. Something as rudimentary as a pair of handcuffs can’t contain two trained bats, yet neither seems to be in any hurry to escape.
“My guess is they lost a bet,” Dick theorizes to Bruce later while they watch on as the pair attempts to get on Jason’s motorcycle without tripping over each other. “Or it’s some kind of weird deal and whoever wins gets the other’s Xbox or something. They seem fine, Bruce. Leave ‘em be.”
But it’s weird. And this bizarre game goes on for longer than Bruce anticipated he’d have to watch, carrying on for another day, and then another, and then two more. Tim and Jason stay locked together at the wrist, and neither gives any explanation as to why that is no matter how much Bruce prods.

Summary
What makes a grave is the body. Otherwise, it’s a hole in the ground. We will only call it remains when we know someone used to be there.
Jason is the grave. Contrary to popular belief, graves do not only exist below. He is what remains, and he is above.
(Eventually, Jason rises from the dead enough times that it stops feeling like it's costing all that much to die.)

Summary
A blind man and a mute man meet in a church. Somehow, they make the friendship work.
Jason's ultimatum ends in the way he least expected it: with a batarang to the neck courtesy of Batman, and his murderer laughing as he bled out. Even though he survived, the damage was done. Mute, he decided to take his leave and wound up in Hell's Kitchen, New York.
Enter Matt Murdock; blind lawyer by day and the vigilante known as Daredevil by night. Some would say his desire to help others would be what would get him killed one day, and his track record did back up that sentiment. However, that doesn't stop him from befriending a broken but kindred spirit.
