'He gave her shoulder a slight squeeze, a wordless apology for startling her. Looking up at him, she realised that he was holding a cup of tea out to her. A rush of fondness flooded into her at the sight, and at his impeccable sense of timing. Finding a small smile from somewhere, she reached up and took the cup from him, cradling it within her hands, savouring the warmth.
Lan settled down beside her with a cup of his own. Moiraine had to take a moment to appreciate that, when she had told him to pack only the essentials, he had counted her tea-set as such.'

In which Jarvis gets a date, Tony gets hacked, Clint goes on a trip down memory lane, Steve stress bakes, certain AIs gain sentience, certain programmers don't sleep, and Daisy doesn't think before she speaks, not necessarily in that order.
I've borrowed a character from Agents of Shield, and it contains spoilers for season 2, but you don't have to have watched Agents of Shield to understand this fic.
