Jason Todd, age eleven, finds himself in the middle of a vigilante fight. He doesn't recognize anything until he sees Robin, who promptly gets hit by a light and turns into a boy about Jason's age. Jason's happy to stick by the other boy even though, for some reason, he keeps insisting that Jason is the one who's supposed to be Robin.

What,” Tim asked, “they're dangerous?”
Jason glared at Tim. “They're strong enough to knock over furniture and basically have a mind of their own. Yeah, I'd call that dangerous.”
Tim tilted his head, living up to his bird-y reputation. “I don't know,” he said. “They just look curious to me.”
Tim gets it into his head that he should help Jason out with his little body transformation problem. He ends up getting more than he bargained for.

Summary
Jason couldn't believe it when he first found Bruce's collection.
In another context, it wouldn't have seemed odd. Bruce obviously had an appreciation for a fast, reliable machine – that was why his entire gaggle of sidekicks drooled over the Batmobile any chance they got. There was nothing noteworthy about him flipping through a few motorcycle magazines in his spare time.
Or there wouldn't have been, if Jason hadn't been snooping precisely where he wasn't supposed to be. Why, exactly, would Bruce feel the need to keep his magazine stash inside a hidden compartment underneath his dresser?

“Happy Birthday,” Jason slurs out before Dick can. He’s much more groggy than Dick is, so the sedative must have some sort of component to it that Jason is less used to than Dick. “What’s going on?”
“I kidnapped you,” Tim informs him calmly, at the same time as Dick says brightly, “We’ve been kidnapped!”

Summary
When he dares, he tries to brush up against a nub if Jason is ever undressed next to him while Tim is sewing him up or applying pressure, perhaps prying metal out of various body parts… But he very rarely has the chance. Jason is… shy to let the nubs go free. He doesn’t cup them, no, but he’s conscious of them at all times.
But Tim is patient, when he wants something. He observes. He catalogues. He makes plans. And then he strikes.
The gasp… is everything Tim ever hoped for. It’s soft and breathy. It’s a reward for a job well done, for the the gentlest, the faintest of touches Tim has ever managed to make.

Tim might be on the outs with the bats, and Damian might've tried to kill him (more than once), but that was a long time ago, and one thing Tim will not stand for is anyone upsetting his little brother.
Or; Tim rescues Damian from an argument, takes him out for terrible tea, and the conversation ends up a little nuts. It's fine, though. Family's a little nuts.

Red Robin crashes. Red Hood brings him inside and patches him up. There's a case here, itching in the same place that wouldn't allow Jason to just quit vigilantism to do something mundane, and if Tim won't watch his own back, Jason will just have to do it for him.
They're both very normal about this.
