Leo is a pizza delivery guy, and when he gets an order to one particularly strange summer camp (in winter, of all times), he discovers the key to his mysterious upbringing and a world of mythology unknown.
Nico is helping Camp Half-Blood to accommodate for new campers after the Titan War. When one demigod comes in with a knack for pyrotechnics, and the two are given a quest, Nico realizes he may have to stick around with Leo for longer than just orientation.

Summary
What initially begins as Mike and Will calling each other exaggeratedly cheesy pet names to mess with Max and Lucas starts spiralling into something a lot more intimate and dangerous. Will isn't really sure where they managed to lose the plot, or how far they can go before there's no turning back.
Or: Max and Lucas go through a late honeymoon phase. It's excessive. It's gross. Mike and Will (well, mostly Mike) decide to engage in exaggerated bouts of PDA to demonstrate how disgusting the couple are being. It starts to get out of control pretty quickly.

Summary
“Will Byers?”
Will glances around, as if there is another Will Byers in their vicinity. He manages a small smile. “Yeah, it’s- uh. It’s me.”
Mike rushes forward, and all he can think is holy shit, Will is alive, as he’s throwing his arms around the other boy and tugging him in for a crushing hug. It isn’t until Will is secure, nestled–maybe a bit stiffly–in his arms, that Mike starts crying.
“I thought you were dead,” Mike murmurs, muffled by Will’s jacket. He sniffles. “I thought- we- they told us you were dead.”
Or, Will was never found in S1, but survives in the Upside Down until 1987 due to his powers and connection with Vecna. Cue Mike, an ill-timed trip to the Upside Down, and a lot of feelings.

His best friend, Jason, wasn’t wearing his glasses, and Leo could see why. Even from a distance he noticed how his friend kept reaching up to wipe his tears. Leo was about to call out to him when he felt someone grab him by the ankles and yank him off his dragon.

The voice cut Steve off, sounding somewhat irritated.“Would you like to proceed?”
Steve bit the inside of his cheek. It took him a while before he said anything. “Yeah,” he replied with hesitance. “Okay.”
In October of ‘87, Steve finally decided to call a number he’d been putting off for the past 4 years.

Mirroring Nancy, Robin leaned forward before she lost her nerve entirely. Gentle, soft, and quick, with the faintest smack of lips as she pulled back. Nancy’s eyes dragged open, and the corner of her mouth quirked upwards.
“What are we, twelve?” Nancy goaded her. “I said show me, Buckley.”

Summary
Leo stood there in an almost paralyzing amount of shock, trying to take in everything he had just witnessed.
The way Cupid had flung Nico sideways and how much anger that was in both Nico’s and the god’s eyes.
Nico had shown a strength that Leo had no clue he possessed.
Then again, he knew little to nothing when it came to the other demigod; the scenes he had just saw flash before them only amplified those unknowns.
There was so much hope in Nico’s expression when he asked Percy to keep his sister safe and so much longing for the boy he had a crush on to be the hero to bring his sister home.
That even Leo felt betrayed when the next image forcefully ripped from Nico’s mind was Percy telling him the news that he had failed.
