Summary
Brooklyn evenings in their Red Hook flat were naturally similar: black coffee, windows open, radio on. Bucky read aloud from cheap pulps with extraordinary titles: Dark Avenger, Exit For A Dame, Star Maker—or else sat with his hand against his mouth, eyes dark, watching Steve draw.
On the floor their daemons lay all tangled up in one another, stroking each other, telling small, laughing stories in their daemon-voices.
(Brooklyn, from 1929 to 1937.)

Summary
Natasha, bent over his eyes, her hair bright in the white light. "Suicide mission, Rogers," she said, in her hoarse whiskey-voice. "Here." And she tucked two coins in his other hand. "For the ferryman." Her face was a little tight, her mouth thin and bloodless. "You see Sam and Wanda … "
"All of them," he said. "All of them, or—"
"You, too," she said, and kissed his cheek, as she had once done in a cemetery, years ago. "Bring Barnes home."
Or: Steve descends into the Underworld, looking for the dead.

Akechi: are you actually fine?
What was she even supposed to say to that? Being honest was out of the question, especially with him. She didn’t like him. She’d forgiven him, and she was friends with his friends and he was dating the one boy she’d ever let herself trust. He’d taken everything from her and she was better than him, or had to be, because that was all she had left.

"See, I manage the records in Heaven, and I found a… problem. They're… wrong?"
Crowley blinked. "You're asking me?"
"Yes. No. No, sorry. It's hard to explain. I think there's been a murder. In Heaven."
He sat straight up. "A what?"
Or: Aziraphale gets erased from the Book of Life. Can a Crowley and Muriel who never knew he existed solve the mystery of what happened and save the lost angel?

Summary
Every 300 years, Heaven and Hell share a company retreat on Earth during which angels and demons temporarily surrender their celestial powers.
Officially, it’s a time for fostering team unity and better understanding the needs of the client base. It’s definitely not a time for terrorizing the hotel staff with divine/diabolical showdowns, abusing the ethereal expense account, or furiously snogging your hereditary enemy. But when Aziraphale and Crowley are up for promotion, Hell breaks loose and Heaven might just break free.

Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley are racing to stop the apocalypse by scheming to get Gabriel and Beelzebub together. It's not going to be easy to spark a romance between an angel and a demon who have seemingly nothing in common, but luckily, falling madly in love with an archenemy is something Aziraphale and Crowley have experience with. If only they could admit it to each other before the end of the world.

Summary
God, Akira hated it when he exhausted all options except the actual truth. Akechi had always had a gift for dragging it out of him.
“You— I-” he swallowed, the words a knotted tangle in his throat, and tried again; Akechi’s gaze flicked to him and held, like a promise that he’d stay still only long enough to listen. Akira exhaled, shut his eyes, and said, in a tone even he wasn’t sure how to interpret, “How could you just go- go drain some stranger when I’m right here?”
(or: he’s technically not wrong about being dead, or: get selfish with it, or: vampires will never hurt you)
