Well, Stone has never been a quitter and what begins as a war of attrition over some HR forms slowly morphs into a functional(?) working relationship and the beginnings of a deeply unprofessional crush on his boss. That is, right up until the government comes up with a plan B to get rid of them both.

Hendrik travels to Dundrasil after everything is over, ostensibly to help with the repairs, but mostly to look for a purpose. He isn't the only one looking. Between fruit-picking and finding the courage to ask questions, El and Hendrik stumble into something sweet together.
“I am making preserves,” Hendrik said.
Eleven made a small nodding motion, like he wanted to be polite but couldn’t bring himself to agree that the mess really was jam.
“Would you like some tea?” Hendrik sighed heavily. “I promise it is far nicer than the preserves.”

“I’m going to switch it on now.” Robotnik grins up at him, resting his cheek on Stone’s thigh. “I trust you remember to tell me if you feel anything, hmm?”
Stone nods, but he’s not hopeful. It isn’t that he doesn’t believe the Doctor can do it — anything he sets his mind to, he achieves, sooner or later — but after the first five failed prototypes, he’s not convinced that this will be the one. “Of course, Doctor.”
“Good.” It’s the last thing he says before swiftly and rather unceremoniously swallowing the device down to the hilt (the perfect size, he’d said when first showing it to Stone).
“Shit,” Stone hisses, because despite everything — despite his earlier thoughts — despite all logic —
“I can feel it,” he breathes, staring down at Robotnik in wonder, making a strangled sound when the man presses his tongue flat to the underside. “Fuck, holy fucking shit, I can feel you.”

Robotnik takes the time to perfect what basically amounts to a prosthetic penis for transmasc Stone, ensuring that he can, in fact, feel all the sensations.
