There is a letter.
Written in a hand unfamiliar to his eyes but known to his heart, Greed already dragging itself up to linger over every curl and flourish, the weight of each line, the feel and scent and taste of the paper. It’s an age before Perpetua can focus enough to read the words, and then it’s all he can do to remember to copy those words into his sketchbook before, overcome by the need to devour them, he stuffs the letter into his mouth with all the fingers of both his hands.
And then Copia—
I’m coming back to see you. When’s a good time?
After years and years and then somehow even longer days of waiting, Copia is here.

Summary
It is the end of the 2025 Skeleta tour, and Copia has yet to even meet this so-called brother who has replaced him. Offended by the 2026 date given to him by Psaltarian, Copia decides to take matters into his own hands - no more avoiding things.
A soft, domestic fic with a mystery for the twins to solve: Why were they separated, and why did nobody tell them the other existed?

He could hear the hurt in his mother’s voice, and he wasn’t sure how to feel about it. On the one hand, he felt bad for her that her own son would not speak to her.
On the other hand, she had abandoned him first.

When he realizes Copia might be the one leading it, he seizes the chance to see him lead the congregation. He's not prepared for the sight of him in full formal robes.

There’s something caring in the way Perpetua reaches out and takes the wine glass from Copia’s unresisting hand. He brushes his knuckles over his twin’s cheek, then down the column of his throat, following the motion with his eyes. With the lightest of touches, he places two fingers just below Copia’s jaw, careful not to graze him with his sharp claws as he’s gently tilting his head to the side.
Copia doesn’t resist, just heaves a small sigh as he closes his eyes and bares his throat.
