Summary
Three years ago, a dark shadow fell over the peaceful town of Tazmily. Shaken by their mother’s death, two brothers vanished from the village – Claus to seek revenge, Lucas for reasons unknown. Hovering on the brink of death, Claus is saved by the Pigmasks and brought home – at a terrible cost. As for Lucas… he never returned.
Since then, Claus has lived as Tazmily’s famed human chimera, both adored and reviled. Though he puts on a brave face and outwardly acts as the same cheerful young child, Claus struggles with turmoil and hatred for the very systems keeping him alive, and longs for his missing brother.
Now, Claus once again runs off from Tazmily, as a confrontation with Fassad and a potential clue to Lucas’s whereabouts spirals into something much bigger…

"We were so worried, we heard you—" Ragatha starts, and then looks up. She meets Jax's gaze dead-on, and goes silent. Tears brim in the corner of her eye. Her hand flies up to cover her mouth. He can't tell if the look on her face is relief or fear.
Gangle's staring at him like she's seen a ghost. Pomni slowly raises to her feet, brows furrowed. She winces as every movement jars her wavering form.
Cowered on the floor, panting, confused and disoriented, with everyone standing above him, taller than him… it reminds Jax of something deeply unpleasant. They're all staring at him. They're all seeing him.
Jax knows they're not going to like what they see.
His breath quickens until his head is spinning, and he feels like he's going to vomit. He forces himself upwards with a frustrated cry, swaying in place, and then turns and bolts towards his room as fast as he can.
"NO!" Pomni screams.

Even to this day he isn’t really sure how it is that he landed the job of being a bartender in Tenna’s Green Room. Supposedly Tenna had multiple people try their hand at it and… it was not very good. The Zappers would serve the most diluted alcohol known to men, while the Shadowguys went too overboard with it. Apparently there was a past incident that made Tenna ban the Pippins from touching alcohol. So in what Ramb now strongly believes was a desperate decision, Tenna appointed him as the bartender, despite Ramb admitting he has never done such a thing before. Funny, he is actually pretty good at it.
Or maybe Tenna doesn’t want to look for a new bartender.

B-1 Battle Droids are expendable, cheaply made, and closely controlled by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. These are soldiers made with two objectives; fight and die. Due to their recyclable nature, most will repeat this cycle many times before being permanently deactivated. There is no party in the conflict who could be bothered or incentivized to give a thought for them. It is an almost hellish existence for anything with sentience, one devoid of any semblance for hope.
Unless something extraordinary were to happen at the right place and time.
