Whatever the formula, the result is the same: when the pressure rises, every driver needs something steady to reach for. Arvid appears to have found his lucky charm.
Arvid has a habit of forgetting things. Liam has a habit of carrying exactly what he needs.
It begins with a borrowed pen in Melbourne. Then come Liam’s sunglasses, chargers, water bottles, cap and favourite hoodie. Somewhere between Arvid constantly searching for him and Liam beginning to pack extras, the rest of the paddock notices what neither of them is ready to admit: it was never really about the things Arvid borrowed.
It was always about having a reason to find Liam.

Ollie has been relatively confident, a healthy amount, he would say. He never thought particularly low of himself. But, as he got closer and closer to Kimi, spending time on and off track together. On and off camera. He really couldn’t pull himself together.
The shared company, the fooling around, the intimacy of it.

For as long as he could remember, Kimi had hated Oliver Verstappen-Leclerc. Whether it was the painful aftermath of his parents' divorce, or just ordinary teenage maximalism that still hadn't gone away (and he was twenty-two years old, by the way!). A story about how Kimi was forced to straighten up and put up with Oliver.
