“Chuuya.” Dazai says, in a way that makes Chuuya think Dazai has said his name once already.
“Dazai.” He responds. When he looks up, he accidentally focuses on Dazai’s mouth, the deep raw color of the bruise growing on his cheek. Chuuya blinks, rocks on his feet, looks away.
“I said did you kill them?” Dazai asks after a long pause. His voice is uncomfortably even.
Chuuya looks at Dazai and the violence in his eyes shakes him to his core. His stomach floods with want. His toes curl in his shoes.
Chuuya nods, a jerk of his head. His ribs ache. Dazai evaluates him.
“We need to go.” Dazai says.
I am afraid of the power you hold over me, Chuuya thinks and says—
“Yeah.”
Dazai steps on a body when they leave, eyes trained elsewhere. It makes a sound like ice cracking.
Dazai doesn’t look down.
The palms of Chuuya’s hands itch.

As soon as Bokuto is out of sight and the door is closed, he sinks to the floor. "Fuck, Koutarou. You idiot," Akaashi whispers into the empty hallway. “You’re killing me.”

"Oh Chuuya~" He dragged out his name as he peeked in and stepped into the office. His eyes immediately fell on the smashed pieces of the vase. His gaze shifted to the ginger mafioso who had his head buried in his hands.
"Chuuya?"
"It broke on it's own." Chuuya interrupted, his voice sounded rougher than usual.
Dazai eyed the vase which, very clearly, did not break on its own. He decided to not push the matter. Something about Chuuya's tensed posture told him that he perhaps shouldn't push his buttons today.
He pursed his lips. Chuuya's tensed, slumped down posture was something he wasn't used to. Neither was he used to not being insulted and shouted at upon entering his office. He felt uneasiness grow in his stomach but he pushed it down.
He had more important things to focus on.

-Chuuya gets badly injured on a mission and ends up in the hospital. Dazai knows theres more to it than that and comes to take care of the redhead, despite Chuuya's protests. Maybe Chuuya will actually end up opening up to someone about the dark feelings that have been bothering him these past few weeks. And, just maybe, he won't have to deal with them alone anymore.

Chuuya averts his gaze from the magnetic pull of Dazai’s eyes and stares into the black abyss of his coffee instead. Why is he cursed with a genius best friend who’s always eager to think up perfect solutions? In this case, perfectly disastrous. There’s no way Chuuya is going to be able to look at Dazai in lingerie on a daily basis and not internally combust from the heavy burden of unrequited love and… uh, well, horniness.
OR: Chuuya is a designer who needs a fitting model. Dazai wants to be a model. Seemingly a perfect match, but they're desperately in love and very awkward about it, so a lot of chaos and misunderstandings ensue.

And a million thanks to anyone who was listening, Dazai didn’t start to cry more. He gave a small nod, and buried his face in Chuuya’s neck guiltily.

“Yeah?” Chuuya says, pulling his baby impossibly closer. “That’s okay, then, Sweetie. That’s okay. You’re my good, sweet baby. You’re not bad, honey. You’re so, so good. My little angel.” Chuuya soothes gently, whispering softly into Dazai’s ear as he whimpers and sniffles softly.

“Ah, I didn’t think a grown man could be so short! The more you know!” he smiled brightly, but Chuuya felt the tease in it. Who did this guy think he was?
“Fuck off,” Chuuya glared at him for a second but then decided to walk away before he picked a fight with someone at a callback. That wouldn’t look very good to the director.
But if there is a god out there, it must hate Chuuya because the freakishly tall actor decided to follow behind Chuuya, chatting as if he wasn’t just cussed at, “You know, I’m sure it’s not too late for a growth spurt! If you drink more milk, you never know what could-”
The ‘I’m not gonna punch someone’ plan failed.
