In Mingi’s defence, Wooyoung dared him to french the next person that walked into the back yard. He accepted because a) it’s a dare, b) it’s Sannie’s birthday party and the Venn diagram of their mutual acquaintances is basically just one big circle and c) he was honestly expecting Seonghwa hyung to come back with more drinks and who wouldn’t want to play tonsil hockey with him?
Or, in which Yunho walks through the door and Mingi kisses the living daylights out of him on a dare and maybe falls a little bit in love at first sight. Cue hijinks and shenanigans to get Yunho alone and find out if their chemistry is more than just a one-off spark.

Okay. The defense rests, the mystery is solved. Mr. Meowgi is, officially, innocent, people. Not the culprit.
Wooyoung was a hot mess of immobility. He looked like an idiot, standing there with his eyes wide, his clothes still dusted with the tell-tale white of the bakery, and a scrappy stray cat bundled in a scarf plastered to his chest. Did he seriously have time to worry about his current fashion statement right now? Apparently, yes.
"My name is Wooyoung. Jung Wooyoung," he managed, the words feeling foreign and heavy on his tongue.
The guy, still half-hidden by the poor lighting, seemed just as startled by the simple introduction.
"San. Choi San."or, san is a street fighter and wooyoung works at the bakery. he finds his only real bright spot in wooyoung, who has no clue what kind of messed-up chaos san's night life is.

He didn’t react to jumpscares in horror movies, he didn’t lose face in front of aggressive opponents much taller than him in basketball games, and he happily rode insanely high rollercoasters while Mingi practically blacked out next to him. His teammates tried pranking him multiple times to get him to even flinch, with no avail.
But bugs?
Jongho willed his body not to shudder at Yeosang’s topic of study. He must’ve spent years on it, and Jongho was not going to throw away whatever little progress he made with some stupid phobia.

Hours later, when it was technically past midnight and the hospital ward had sunk into its quieter rhythms, Hongjoong expected to see Seonghwa slipping toward rest. Instead, his partner was wide awake, eyes bright in the dim light, talking in half-formed circles.
“…And maybe when I’m better, we should repaint the bedroom. That blue never suited it. Something warmer. Or maybe not. Maybe warmer would feel too – what’s the word – claustrophobic. But the carpet is warm tone. Also, the picture on the wall isn’t even. I noticed it last week. Or was it the week before? Time is strange in hospitals. Do you think they make time here slower on purpose?”
Hongjoong pinched the bridge of his nose.
