Sanghyeok’s thumb brushed against the frayed edge of the page, then he snap the notebook shut.
“That was exactly the intention,” Sanghyeok confirmed, the absolute certainty in his voice leaving no room for argument.

He bites back the broad smile making its way across his lips, remembering that he’s very much in a public place. Jungwon has half a mind to skip across the room and giggle to himself like a lovesick teenager, the sound of his racing heart acting as the soundtrack to his cheesy chick flick fantasy.
Turning the paper over to the back of the card, the fantasy goes bleak and his heart quickly returns to its normal speed as he reads the name:
Jang Wonyoung
That solves it, not for him.
Or, 5 times Jungwon accidentally stumbles upon love letters from the cute guy he’s aggressively crushing on. But they’re not for him, but instead for 4th Gen It Girl Jang Wonyoung.

He could identify hundreds of them and could tell you step-by-step how to care for each and every one, down to the perfect temperature and airflow for the tank. He had pored over countless texts in his local library and had scoured the Internet until he found himself practicing his knowledge with flash cards. His brain became an encyclopedia of sorts, constantly updating and recataloging itself. He had even begun to set out conducting experiments of sorts on his fish back home, testing their intellect with games and puzzles, to understand these creatures better. But something Leehan just about knew nothing of? His feelings.

Taesan gags, and he has to inhale again to catch his breath so he can continue his rant. Riwoo watches him like he’s completely insane.
“I hate everything about him,” he finally concludes. “Yeah. That basically sums it up.”
He leans back when he finishes and continues gasping for air as if he had just run three miles. Riwoo continues giving him that weird look. He seems to be staring at him as if he knows something Taesan doesn’t.After a long while of waiting for Taesan to calm down, Riwoo finally pipes back up.
“...Taesan."
"Huh?"
"...are you sure you hate him?”
OR: after a bit of convincing, han taesan finds himself working at a tutoring summer camp, only to come face to face with kim leehan, his childhood archnemesis who doesn't know how to shut up.

Dongmin’s eyes are still shut tight in a sort of grumpy frown, sleep still etched deep on his face, and Donghyun just stares at him, mystified.
Then Dongmin opens his mouth, and the pretty image shatters. “Fuuuuck.”
Donghyun can’t help it, his little fit of giggles. Dongmin glares at him like the little pissy shit he is, but he's also grinning by this point.
It’s alright. It’s fine. Dongmin is a lightweight who can’t handle alcohol but decides to shitface himself at the worst moments anyway, and Donghyun is just the unfortunate soul who has to deal with his no-good, very bad drinking habits. It comes with the package. And if one of them includes kissing people, then, like. Okay. Fine. Whatever! Donghyun yells into the abyss of his consciousness, as loudly as he can, I can deal with that!
He will find a way to deal with that. Probably.

Dongmin lets his gaze drop over him, slow and deliberate, then brings it back up. Donghyun hasn’t looked away once, which does nothing good for Dongmin’s heart. He doesn’t try hiding the tone of his voice when he asks, low enough to be intentional, “Are you interested in anyone right now?”
There’s a pause. Donghyun seems to think it over, his head tilting slightly, and for a suspended moment, Dongmin thinks, this is it, this is when it happens.
Then Donghyun smiles, breaking the moment, giving a small shrug. “Not really.”
