Summary
Those that entered brought with them the body of Ivan who was unceremoniously slumped on the table in front of him. Why was he here? Was there something Till could do to make Ivan work again? He still didn’t understand why Ivan had not been taken to the Great Anakt. Was it even real, or just a story to keep the pets from fearing death?
After round 6, Till is taken to a room and presented with the body of the round's loser, Ivan. As children they learned that when they died, they would all go back to the Great Anakt. What Till cannot understand is why has Ivan been placed in front of him, and why he was not taken to the Great Anakt.

The reunion of the four friends brought up feelings that Ivan felt were better left in the past. He was surprised when it was Till that pressed to meet with him again. It turned out Till was full of surprises. Ivan allowed himself to follow his affections to be with a man that was driven by something much darker.

Till is a drug addict. Ivan feeds his addiction just to watch him self-destruct every time. He doesn’t care for Till while he’s high, but does see it as a perfect time to mess with him, hoping to see his emotion-filled outburst after. What Ivan did not expect was to hear Till moan in the native language of his (supposedly despised) Segyein owner.
