Summary
Taking the half-kitsune son of Sugawara no Michizane captive, instead of killing him outright, seemed like a sensible step for Sukuna when he defeated Gojo; a Vengeful Spirit was the last thing he was interested in dealing with when he had other concerns. When he finds other uses for Gojo, such as warming his bed, it only seems like an even more inspired decision.
Meanwhile Gojo, with all the cunning of his kitsune mother's genes, can well bide his time, and sees it as merely taking their battle to another arena.

Gojo Satoru was 23 when Ryoumen Sukuna challenged him to a duel. The conditions of the duel were simple, if Gojo won then the Gojo clan would have the right to the throne, if Sukuna won he’d take the Gojo clan heir as his wife.
Shortly after his twenty-fourth birthday Gojo Satoru became the wife of Ryoumen Sukuna right before the new year.
“Make a binding vow with me.”
Oh? What are you scheming now?
“What is it you desire little sorcerer?”
Gojo swallows hard, Sukuna is still staring at him as if he wants to eat him. Strengthening his resolve Gojo makes his proposal.
“In return..” Clearing his throat he keeps his voice steady. “In return for bearing you an heir, you must agree to protect that child no matter what. No matter who tries to harm that child you must protect that child and me until I’m done raising them.”

“You wouldn’t be so generous to follow through with that.” The all too grating voice of his prized whelp preceded his arrival. Satoru, the supposed enlightened honored one, now stood before him in the layered finery of a jūnihitoe most suited for his new station. Subtle cool tones on a white-dominated look matched well his pale complexion. The contrast between Sukuna’s rugged sun-kissed skin and love for bold, imposing reds further enforced their duality. “The desire to force another to listen to you prattle on when that servant isn’t lurking around is far too great.”
❤ One look was all it took for Sukuna to stake his claim so deep that nothing, not even the heavens, could pry Satoru free.

Summary
With all the unfairness and irritation that Satoru has felt, it manifested in a rather childish but hurtful action. Satoru brings up his wrist that was being held by Suguru and he bites into it, hard. Suguru hisses in pain, letting go of Satoru. A small victory for Satoru, and then as he was about to taunt Suguru, a hand grips his jaw. Effectively shutting him up.
A sudden ache is coming from somewhere.
A sudden heat that was as unbearable envelops Satoru’s lower half... And due to the frustration that Satoru felt all this week, he finally relented to that urge that he’d been ignoring all week. So Satoru opens the door to Suguru’s room with a force that didn’t need to be there, surprising Suguru who had been in his bed.
