When a stranger starts stealing people's abilities, the ADA and the Port Mafia team up to figure it out. However, something goes wrong and Dazai loses his ability in the process.
The big problem? His ability not only nullified the abilities of others, but also his own emotions. And now, for the first time in his life, Dazai has emotions, chaotic and in turmoil. A video starts, showing a figure wandering through a corridor humming a familiar tune, atsushi and tanizaki turn and take a quick glance at their laptops seeing the same video showing on them just without sound.

Dazai looked so small and fragile on the white hospital stretcher. His school uniform had been placed in a bag as evidence, soaked in blood and semen, and a hospital gown had been tied over him. From his shoulders down to his knees, his skin was covered in bruises, bite marks, and wounds. One of his legs was bent in a way it shouldn’t have been, unmistakably broken, and despite his unconscious state, it trembled, as if the shock had not yet left his body. Blood and urine continued to seep from between his legs.
“NO!! NO—” One of Yosano’s hands clung to the edge of the stretcher, as if she refused to let her brother be taken even a centimeter out of her sight, holding on with everything she had. “THIS ISN’T SAMU! THIS CAN’T BE! I SAW HOW HE LEFT THE HOUSE! HE WASN’T!—"
This could have been the worst moment of an big sister’s life but in time, she would witness even worse. By the time the others managed to pull her out of the room, it was already too late.

He makes some kind of effort to push himself up and Chuuya holds him steady. “Head.. Head… head,” he repeats, pressing his fingers to his temple. Chuuya comes flying out of the window after him, landing on his feet a few feet away and indenting the ground. Dazai opens his mouth to tease the other for being worried enough to fly out of the same window to come check on him in such a hurry – but his words die in his throat.
Chuuya’s eyes are now inflicted with the magenta haze that all the other mind controlled people have in the building. He quickly returns his hand to activate and radio through his earpiece again.
“Atsushi, Akutagawa – Chuuya’s gone magenta too. I’m about to be down. Try the third floor for the ability user.” He says quickly, knowing he’s about to be taken out.
OR
After Chuuya gets mind controlled on a joint mission with the ADA and PM, Dazai is sent to the brink of death.

Even though he had to be terrified, Dazai sat stiffly on Naomi’s lap. His face showed no fear, just a blank stare that was all too familiar to Chuuya. He looked like a lifeless doll with no agency of its own.

Summary
Essentially just a story about what happened after Fyodor was killed. Dazai's injuries except for the head shot were actually real and after Fyodor's death he couldn't keep standing anymore and ended up giving in to his injuries. Chuuya is worried for his partner (because he just fainted duh) and Sigma managed to make it out of the prison alive to where he found the unconscious man who saved his life, an angry not-vampire and an insane and worried clown. What will his reaction be to seeing Dazai all hurt? Not good. But maybe Chuuya could convince him to help them? It wasn't any different from what Dazai had done but who cares. He can do this.

Chuuya hated that he loved Dazai’s wrists, loved the helpless flutter of their pulse. That they were thin enough to slot perfectly in his hand. That they carried so much history—bandages, attempts, jokes made sharp enough to cut—and still felt alive under his fingers.
Loving Dazai felt like loving someone already half gone. Not because he wasn’t here—he was, warm and breathing, in spite of it all—but because Chuuya knew how often Dazai tried not to be. Every time it happened, Chuuya felt the loss before the outcome, like his chest was bracing for an impact that never quite came.
