—Ya llegó tu novio —susurra Anna con entusiasmo y señala a punto detrás de Will.
La cabeza de Will gira a la dirección que apunta ella. Es Mike. Mike está en la puerta, quién levanta la mano agitándola en un saludo y le da una sonrisa. Will, en automático, le regresa el gesto. Vuelve su vista a Anna y parpadea.
—¿Qué? —pregunta Will, tal vez no escuchó bien.
—Tu novio —repite Anna en voz baja, apenas conteniendo su emoción—. Ya llegó.

Will no tiene novio. Y mucho menos es Mike. ¿De qué habla?

La manera en que Mike se irguió y giró su cabeza hacia él lo preocupó por un segundo. No escuchó algún crujido, aun así la duda de que pudo haberse quebrado el cuello con la rapidez con la que volteó dejó a Dustin un poco alarmado.
—¡¿Qué?! —exclamó Mike elevando la voz, al darse cuenta se aclaró la garganta—. ¿Qué dijiste?O: Dustin descubre quién es Tammy, la evidencia muestra que Will es correspondido. Dustin hace su misión personal que ambos se confiesen antes de que termine el verano.

Summary
Mike decide quedarse en Hawkins después de graduarse, tratando de tener una vida normal, aunque en fondo siente como si existiera algo que lo atara a ese lugar. Con la ayuda de su madre, rechaza la idea de seguir viviendo de esa manera y se aventura a cambiar de universidad mudándose a Nueva York.
Después de algunas experiencias allí, se da cuenta que siente una atracción hacia Will, y trata de ignorar esos sentimientos buscando a otras personas.
Años después, en la boda de Lucas y Max, estando ambos solteros, Will hace una broma que Mike se toma muy en serio y por primera vez decide no dejar pasar esa oportunidad.
—Creo que nadie me conoce mejor que tú… Sería más fácil si tú fueras mi novio —bromeó Will.
El corazón se le detuvo, era su oportunidad.
—Podría serlo… Podría ser tu novio —contestó Mike con voz seria.
A Will se le escapó una carcajada, sus ojos se dirigieron a las personas que se encontraban bailando en el centro del salón. Cuando sus miradas conectaron la sonrisa de Will desapareció.
—Estaba bromeando —aclaró Will con el ceño fruncido.
—Yo no.

Steve and Tony meet as high school freshmen when Steve steps in to save Tony from getting beat up. It doesn’t go quite to plan; Steve ends up with a bloody nose, and Tony with a lifelong crush. The next few years, Tony tries to win him over but Steve never feels the same.
When they part ways at graduation, Steve figures that’s the end of it. He definitely never expects to meet Tony again, ten years later, as superheroes.

Summary
After the SHRA, the events around Steve’s death and Tony discovering he deleted part of his brain, Tony finally decides he's done enough. With Osborn taken care of, Tony leaves the Avengers and decides to quit being Ironman effective immediately.
He tells himself it doesn't hurt when Steve agrees. Why should it? After everything he's done, the team's better off without him.
However before he can truly move on, there are things he needs to take care of, and it's not long before he realizes he's dangerously close to losing his company. He's desperate and willing to do anything to keep it together.
So when, after months of silence, Steve asks him to drop everything and come work for Shield, Tony finds he doesn't have a choice. He agrees, no matter how much he knows he shouldn't. His reputation isn't exactly the best after the SHRA and he's heard stories of what he'd done as Director. He's knows what he's done. He's knows he's responsible for what happened to Steve.
He just wishes someone had warned him first. He hadn't been prepared to deal with the consequences.
