Mr Williams looks confused, staring distantly into space. “My knee hurts,” he declares absently.
“Oh, did you hurt your knee?” McKay asks, bending down to take a look. Before she can begin her exam, a fist is slamming into her face, toppling her to the ground.

“Sir, let me go,” she demanded. Who the fuck did this guy think he was?
Donald stood up, now towering over her, his grasp on her wrist constricting. She opened her mouth to yell for help, but he was already pulling her to the ground, her head slamming against the bed rails on the way down and landing clumsily on her left side. A sharp crack was heard as bone connected with tile. Pain erupted through her left arm, throbbing in time with the pulsing in her ears. She struggled to see past the black spots littering her vision. She could barely register the patient manhandling her body, flipping her onto her back and tearing open her scrub top.
