Summary
The ghosts of Haly’s circus were bright, happy people, performers and acts whose adventuring spirits tethered them to the caravan. These spirits were benevolent, often blowing stray tickets back into the paths of their owners, or helping a ring land just right on a bottle for a child to win a prize. Sometimes, if they had the power, they’d protect the acts themselves, making sure the throwing knives stayed squarely away from the performer spinning on the wheel, or catching falls that might put a performer out of business for a couple stops otherwise.

hilarious and cute, and the character writing is to DIE for. i dont think i’ve ever read something that perfectly shows how much of a menace sakusa can be, how bokuto is a lovable dumbass (but not an idiot, there’s a difference!), atsumu a dumb bitch (affectionate) and hinata just thriving in adulthood.
— also the ‘everyone loves hinata’ tag is just a bonus!
i’d be here all day if i quoted each of my favorite moments; but have this
‘ “Please, Omi-kun! You're my best friend! Help me!”
Sakusa scoffs. “I’m not your best frie–”
This time it's Sakusa who freezes in shock and he falls back down on his armchair while his face goes through eight different emotions. It appears he's going through similar revelations as Atsumu had just now.
“Oh my God. You’re my best friend.” He says, his voice hollow and empty.’
because it makes me die every damn time. read this if you want some laughs and to just kick your feet at the silly, nice fluff. sometimes we need a happy reading, and this is it :)
