Out of breath, the defenseman grabbed Stone's wrists. "We need...", he gasped for breath, after sprinting through the entire arena. "Flower, please", he whispered, taking another inhale. "It's Sid, I-, we..."Stone's eyes narrowed as he considered his opponent. It was a bold move to barge into the locker room of the team you just beat at their own barn but there was something desperate about the defenseman's expression. He released the Penguin and let him pass.

Varangantua is a terrible place. Forgotten by the Empire, the city is infested with crime and violence. The Enforcers have their hands full as they maintain a precarious balancing act between the gangs ruling the Undercity and the self-sufficient enclave Steel Heights, belonging to the Adeptus Mechanicus and of course the Golden Ones that stood above all misery in Piltover.
The Adeptus Mechanicus solves their own crimes. But when Steel Heights' power gets cut, a few of their unfinished Cyborgs escape, free to roam the city. To keep face, Enforcers are asked to deactivate every single one they encounter.
