Summary
He memorized a poem, years and years ago; recited it when phantom hands ghosted over his skin, repeating the lines until he didn’t feel like he was going to drown on dry land. It’s served him well, Mary Oliver's Wild Geese.
Now, Peter repeats the lines of the poem in his head, over and over. The closest thing to sacred there is, in a high school bathroom stall. He thinks of how a girl at school brought her rosary, once, explained how she used it; maybe the poem is like his rosary, each line a bead, and he goes over them, over and over.
Over and over announcing your place/in the family of things.

“What the hell?” Spider-Man shrieks.
Apparently, while Wade was in the shower, Spider-Man broke into his apartment, because Wade has a habit of getting into Situations like this.
Some would call it bad luck. Wade calls it a habit, or perhaps a talent.
“What do you mean, what the hell?!” Wade demands, “You broke into my apartment!”
“You’re— you— you’re fucking purple!” Spider-Man sputters, pointing.
----
In which scars turn purple, oranges are sold out, it's a goddamn hot summer, and Peter finds out that Wade has a custom Spider-Man plushie.
No, no, not like that—it’s not what it sounds like, he swears!

Summary
Maybe hitting his head was the catalyst to the situation; after all, Dr. Cho never mentioned any psychological effects from the injury. Maybe when he hit his head on the way down, or when brick and concrete crushed him like a bug, it shook loose all the bad memories from their designated “do not look at, touch, or think about” section in his mind.
Maybe that's why his mind shoves memory after memory down his throat, relentlessly forcing him to relive a past he'd rather not touch.
----
In the wake of a severe injury, Peter is forced to put down the mask for a bit, which is fine! Totally fine. He could use a break from vigilanteism. He’s a busy PhD student, you know? But when the reality of what Peter’s seen and done during his run as Spider-Man suddenly starts to catch up to him during that break, it becomes increasingly evident that Peter is not as unaffected by vigilanteism he’d like to believe.
While being relentlessly bullied by life itself, and accidentally becoming the roommate of a certain red-clad mercenary he’s been trying to shake, Peter has to eventually come to terms with the fact that something has to change, soon.

Summary
"You sound a bit shaken up. Did something happen?”
“Nope! Nope, all sunshine and rainbows down here, as you know. I think I’m just gonna wrap up here and head back to the Cave… but I did kinda want to know something.”
“Yeah?”
“If B lost another Robin, you’d make sure he doesn’t, like. Destroy himself again, right?”
“Where are you, exactly?”
-----
After preventing a suicide attempt, Tim finds himself sitting on a Gotham rooftop, unable to shake the idea worming into his mind, and he can’t quite seem to coax himself off the roof. So, he makes a call.

Summary
Exactly as the title describes. If I have to suffer, then so does Peter Parker, aka all of my Peter Parker projection fics!! I have a handful of more lighthearted fics on my account, this series is just all my angsty hurt/comfort.
Mostly oneshots and a couple of chaptered works. NONE OF THE WORKS IN THIS SERIES ARE CONNECTED.
Installments 5, 6, and 9 thru 15 are most heavily based on personal experience. The other fics do draw heavily on personal experience as well, but they play a little fast and loose with it.

A passport-sized picture of a little girl with messy curls smiling at the camera. She’s missing both her front teeth. “That’s my Ellie,” Deadpool says, staring at Peter intently.
“Who?”
“My daughter.”
Peter’s immediate thought is: Poor girl. But instead he says, “What does that have to do with me?”
Deadpool looks pained. “I need to clean up my act, Spidey. I need to be the dad she deserves.”

"Is there a reason you're calling this late at night?" Tony asks, worried in spite of himself. "Tell me what's going on, kid."
“Everything is one-hundred-percent fine,” Peter says. “Seriously, I've never been better. But I should let you know I have about thirty bricks of cocaine in my bedroom. Also, Karen won't let me turn off Instant Kill Mode. Also, Walmart discontinued my special razzleberry pink squeezy lemonade. Which isn't related to tonight's patrol, I'm just bummed about it.”

Summary
Spider-Man crossed his arms. "I’m not hungry.”
“Come on, Twiggy," Deadpool pleaded as he shoved the plate forward. “I labored over these pancakes just for you. Grandma’s recipe!”
Spider-Man twisted towards the kitchen and narrowed his eyes at the box of pancake mix. “Your grandma is Aunt Jemima?”
“Yes, and now I am swooping in like an ethnically diverse knight to feed you! Come on, they're getting cold."
“Fine.” Spider-Man grabbed the plate roughly, pulling it to his chest. He shoved his mask up to his nose and dug the fork into the pancake as if it had personally insulted his mother.

Deadpool, hopelessly in love with Spider-Man, attempts to rekindle their relationship after a past falling out by inserting himself into the vigilante's life. Summary
The kid was breathless, flushed, with windswept hair. Barely twenty and still a complete disaster—more than usual, at least. His hair was always a mess.
“The shocker knocked out all the traffic lights, so there were some delays,” Parker explained, forgetting he had no place behind a wheel if he cared at all about public safety. He was bracing himself on Elizabeth’s desk. She tried, in vain, to swat his hand off with a ruler.
Jameson raised an eyebrow, "How did you take these?”
Parker wrinkled his nose in confusion, “With my camera?” He held up the camera, which hung around his neck by its cracked, leather straps—like that proved anything.
Jameson looked back at his screen. It was Spider-Man trading blows with the Shocker on Manhattan Bridge. The picture was taken slightly above. The shot was perfectly timed to capture the exact second Spider-Man crashed into someone’s car. He was surrounded by destruction. The bridge was deserted of civilians and press alike.
Parker hovered at his elbow like a fruit fly, impossible to swat away. “Do you have to use that one? There’s, like, twenty more where he’s winning.”
