On the first night, he wakes Hans up by kicking the blankets off the bed, then by smacking him in the face with the back of his hand, and finally by shouting something about his parents. Hans retaliates in kind, waking him from his nightmares with knees and elbows, muttering furiously, "You're making noise again. Stop it."
"Sorry, sir," Henry says meekly each time, but he doesn't stop.

Left with crippling debt and a failing business, Vander's only option to save the Last Drop is to ask Silco for a loan. Over the span of a few weeks, Vander's debt is cleared, the bar has gotten a makeover, Silco's henchmen have started using it as their hangout, and throughout it all, Silco is refusing to be paid back.
