Lucifer is seriously hurt after Vox basically tortured him in that angel weapon, so naturally I’m using it as an excuse for Alastor to find him and tend to his wounds, albeit in his own, mildly aggressive and very emotionally avoidant way.

After going to the location Charlie shared during her call, Lucifer gets kidnapped by the Vees. He is taken to the V Tower, where he’s dragged into a spiral of self-hatred. Alastor is there too, watching, waiting. And when the chance finally rises, he offers him a deal.
(This is what I’d love to see happen in episode 7, especially after reading that theory going around about Alastor being Lucifer’s Executioner. Major season 2 spoilers ahead!)

Summary
After the nightmare with the Vees, Lucifer is down in the dumps. He decides to at least face the weird place he is with Alastor while his daughter acts strange around him, unaware that his ex-wife has resurfaced after all these years.
With a little bit of drama and a lot of fluff, Lucifer and Alastor are sure they can handle any troubles that come their way just fine.

Unfortunately for him, a certain Radio Demon has other ideas about him trying to do that, and interrupts the attempt. Surely, no one would notice two forgotten old men sneaking away from the chaotic aftermath of a battle, let alone bother them in Alastor's personal space.

Right on his Angelic Mating Gland, something he'd never even allowed Lilith to do. After healing the recalcitrant, daughter-stealing prick, Lucifer is forced by his own biology to undergo a change. To become the best physical mate for the Radio Demon. That doesn't mean Lucifer is just going to accept it. NOPE! It doesn't matter how cute and shy the devious deer man was being. Those fluffy ears and cute little tail should be classified as Weapons of Mass Destruction. He would not give in!... … … Well... Shit.

One of Alastor’s lesser known traits is that of his extensive hearing abilities. Being the Radio Demon, he has long since been able to attune himself to each and every frequency, and no gossip inside the Pride Ring is able to slip from his notice for long. If he wants to hear it, he will. The arrangement allows for a great deal of eavesdropping, for listening in on his enemies’ weaknesses and his allies’ fears.
Inevitably since Lucifer’s explosive entrance to the hotel, Alastor has been paying quite a bit of his spare attention to the ruler of Hell.
Although recently, another sound accompanies Lucifer.
Crying.
In which the Radio Demon can hear everything that happens in the Pride Ring and is burdened with knowing that the King of Hell has been softly crying much too often lately.

There’s a sharp inhale, the heat of an unsteady exhale, then a breathy whisper far too close to Alastor’s lips, “Maybe I am.”
