    After the events of Absolute Flash #1 Wally is captured by the rogues, who happen to be metahuman collectors. They take him to a government facility where they poke and prod and take from him until he’s one big bruise. Then they decide they’re done.
    Wally think’s he’ll die here, until the white walls turn dark and he’s thrown into a building with three other people inside and nowhere to go.
    This is where he was going to die. This was them essentially taking out the trash after they used his stem cells to cure diseases or something.

    All he could do was run.
