“Shut up,” Jisung says. “The couples one for one thing. Could you pretend to be my- my boy-” God, he can’t even say it. Hyunjin is watching him with a knowing look, one that says I know exactly what you’re trying to say but I want to watch you suffer anyway. “Would you mind pretending to be my boyfriend so we can get two drinks for the price of one?” There, he’s finally managed to get the words out.
“Interesting proposition, Han,” Hyunjin muses. “But, no.”

“I wasn’t gonna let an unknown message from you sit on me for an hour or two.” Seungmin’s eyes widen instantly.
“Hyung-ah,” Jeongin laughs, fucking laughs at him. Seungmin feels another pout forming on his lips. “What’s the longest you’ve had sex?” No. Don’t ask that. As much as he loves lying, this feels like something he should lie about.
“I-I-uh. I’ve never.” God, this is so embarrassing.
“My Seungmin hyung a virgin?” Jeongin asks, but it sounds more like a statement. It sounds like he’s assessing Seungmin and seeing how much he’s worth. “You don’t say? How much a virgin, kissed, messed around?”
“I’ve kissed someone, Innie. Stop asking questions, this is why I never told you.”
OR: Seungmin’s best friend, Jeongin, figures out he’s a virgin.

Summary
Jeongin wasn't supposed to be here. He was supposed to have been in a car with Jisung, cruising the country roads. Clearly, that's not what happened, as Jisung's car broke down. Jisung himself hitched a ride with Minho, Chan and Changbin, and since Jeongin really didn't feel like being the third sardine squeezed onto Chan's tiny back seat, he'd started looking for other options.
And then Felix - bless his little worried heart - had suggested another friend of his, who was coming from a similar direction and who could pick Jeongin up.

Seungmin speaks up this time. “It’s already hard for Minho,” he acknowledges. “Satisfying five vampires, plus a baby.”
“It’s true,” Chan muses, tipping Minho’s chin up to examine him. He’s probably a little peaky, and he’s sure his undereye bags are prominent. He’s adapted to sleeping during the day, though probably not as much as he needs. He’s hungry a lot, despite the bounty of food—Seungmin says that having blood drained takes a lot of a human’s energy, so he’s probably quite a bit thinner than he ought to be.
“We could… get another human?” Hyunjin spitballs, though he says it uncertainly.
“Just—where do we find a human?”
Minho blinks, pensive but also going foggy from Chan’s affections. “Put out an ad?” he suggests.

And while he was feeling the Weave grow beyond the blight, little by little, and fireballs could finally fly roaring from his fingertips, he had no magic on hand to make himself incombustible.
“Well, I don’t know about that. It takes no small man to bed a goddess, I bet,” She was laughing as she said it, but when the laughter trickled away she was sheepish again. “You’re like the wordiest guy in camp, though.”
Gale fit the pieces together, watching her smile grow as his face made his realization clear.
“You want me to tell you…a story, of sorts?”
